sensitive, complex, confidential, or escalated matters that should not be delegated.\r\nBuild a responsive, organized, and service-oriented support culture.\r\nEvaluate staffing capacity and recommend hiring, restructuring, outsourcing, or reassignment of responsibilities.\r\nRecruit, onboard, train, and develop new operations support team members as the company grows.\r\nBusiness Operations and Administration Manage and improve day-to-day office and internal business operations.\r\nDevelop, document, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, workflows, and approval processes.\r\nIdentify recurring issues, bottlenecks, and operational risks and implement practical solutions.\r\nCoordinate cross-department projects, priorities, deadlines, and follow-up.\r\nMaintain systems for tracking open requests, recurring responsibilities, compliance items, and action items.\r\nOversee reception, office administration, facilities, supplies, equipment, and service providers.\r\nMaintain organized company records, templates, forms, and shared resources.\r\nSupport departmental budgets, purchasing, vendor relationships, and expense oversight.\r\nPrepare reports, meeting materials, performance updates, and operational recommendations for leadership.\r\nSupport executive leadership with special projects and changing business priorities.\r\nHuman Resources and Employee Support Coordinate recruiting, job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offers, and pre-employment requirements.\r\nManage employee onboarding, orientation, documentation, required training, and systems-access coordination, and offboarding.\r\nMaintain complete, accurate, and confidential employee records.\r\nCoordinate compensation updates, promotions, leaves, employee-status changes, and offboarding.\r\nSupport payroll administration, timekeeping, benefits enrollment, and employee-information changes.\r\nMaintain job descriptions, organizational charts, HR forms, company policies, and the employee handbook.\r\nCoordinate performance reviews, employee goals, manager follow-up, and required training.\r\nSupport managers with coaching, corrective-action documentation, and performance-improvement plans.\r\nServe as an approachable and trusted resource for employee questions and workplace concerns.\r\nSupport consistent and respectful resolution of employee-relations matters.\r\nTrack recruiting, staffing, turnover, attendance, training, certifications, and performance-management activities.\r\nCoordinate workers' compensation reporting and return-to-work documentation.\r\nEngage qualified HR or legal professionals when specialized guidance is required.\r\nSystems and IT Coordination Oversee Systems and IT support team, both internal and external, for company software, hardware, user accounts, devices, licenses, and access permissions.\r\nEnsure employee access is established, changed, and removed promptly.\r\nMaintain accurate records of systems, users, access levels, licenses, and company-issued equipment.\r\nCoordinate user training and support successful adoption of new systems and processes.\r\nCoordinate equipment setup, troubleshooting, repairs, and technical support.\r\nManage relationships with outside IT, software, cybersecurity, and systems providers.\r\nPrioritize system requests, improvements, and implementations based on business needs.\r\nMaintain appropriate approval, security, documentation, and access-control procedures.\r\nEvaluate whether current technology and support resources meet the company's needs.\r\nOrganizational Development and Growth Partner with department leaders to identify operational, staffing, training, and resource needs.\r\nImprove communication, service delivery, and handoffs between departments.\r\nHelp managers establish clear expectations, responsibilities, and accountability.\r\nTrain employees and managers on company policies, procedures, and business systems.\r\nAssess the operations support team's capacity, skills, workload, and future needs.\r\nDevelop recommendations for adding or modifying team positions.\r\nCreate job responsibilities, performance standards, and training plans for new roles.\r\nBuild scalable processes and team structures that support company growth.\r\nDetermine when specialized functions should be handled internally or through outside providers.\r\nMaintain appropriate confidentiality regarding employee, payroll, financial, systems, and company information.\r\nQUALIFICATIONS Five or more years of progressive experience in operations, human resources, office management, or a related business-support function.\r\nTwo or more years of direct employee-supervision or team-leadership experience.\r\nDemonstrated ability to manage a multidisciplinary administrative or operations support team.\r\nExperience with recruiting, onboarding, employee records, performance management, and HR administration.\r\nExperience developing and implementing policies, procedures, and operational workflows.\r\nWorking knowledge of California employment practices and employee-record requirements.\r\nExperience coordinating business systems, software access, IT support, or outside technology providers.\r\nAbility to lead and delegate effectively while remaining willing to perform hands-on work.\r\nStrong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.\r\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.\r\nSound judgment and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive matters.\r\nExperience with Google Workspace, HR, payroll, CRM, project-management, business-management and finance platforms.\r\nBachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, operations management, or a related field preferred.\r\nPHR, SHRM-CP, or a similar HR credential is a plus.\r\nExperience in solar, construction,
