Guided by our commitment to quality, value, and customer service, we operate by our SPIRIT and QUEST core values—delivering exceptional service with integrity, teamwork, and care.\nJob Summary\nThe Audio-Visual Integration Technician is responsible for (1) pulling and terminating cables; (2) understanding cable flow and installation; (3) install equipment and wall rack equipment reading wire diagrams: and (4) programing proprietary equipment for the Company’s clients.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nDress, label, pull, cut and terminate cables\nInstalls, connects, and manages video routers and switches.\nInstallation of cameras\nIdentify cable types including, but not limited to: SVID, Composite, RBGHV CAT 5, CAT 6, SDI, Fiber, HDMI, DVI\nMounts and dresses display of various sizes including wall panels.\nPrograms various equipment.\nTroubleshoot client complex audio-video equipment.\nManage inventory of repair and replacement parts including the recording of serial model numbers\nCompletes and updates daily reports, project photos, timecards and project status.\nPartners with co-workers and management to provide world-class customer service to clients.\nComplete all assigned projects in a high-quality manner and in compliance with scopes of project assignment.\nAdherence to company Mission, Vision, and Values\nOther duties as assigned by Manager.\nSpecific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability\nProficient with voltage meter, soldering iron, tone generator, multimeter, cable toners, striping cables and network cable testers.\nAbility to dress racks\nAbility to read, interpret, and communicate reflected ceiling plans, elevation drawings and room flow diagrams.\nAbility to identify and understand various source plates.\nKnowledge of basics of AC/DC voltage\nExperience with Microsoft Office and ability to use various web-based portals.\nAbility to fit into tight spaces including ceiling access panels, closets, interstitial spaces\nAbility to quickly learn new computer programs and operate mobile devices\nAbility to make sound decisions and escalate matters quickly and efficiently.\nAbility to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.\n\nQualification Standards\nEducation\nHigh School Diploma, technical trade school or equivalent\nExperience\nMinimum of two years of experience in audio-video integration technical environment\n\nPhysical Requirements/ Working Environment\nThe primary working environment is an indoor medical setting. This role requires 100% travel to reach project locations.
