Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Management, Project Management, Construction Management, or Architecture.\r\n2. Licensure as an Engineer or Architect is encouraged but not required.\r\n3. Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in design, management, or construction on federal projects within the last five (5) years.\r\nPreferred Qualifications:\r\n1. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.\r\n2. Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) Certification.\r\n3. AutoCAD Certified Associate (ACA) or higher.\r\n4.
