WE HAVE OPPORTUNITIES FOR ASSOCIATES IN OUR CORPORATE TAX GROUP, INTERNATIONAL TAX GROUP AND WEALTH TAX GROUP.A day in the life of this position may include:Prepare tax returns forms for individuals, partnerships, and corporationsPrepare tax adjustments to financial statements to prepare returnsEnsure compliance with appropriate state, federal and international tax jurisdictionsPrepare or review tax filings for timely submissionPrepare responses for management review in support of external tax auditsAssist with tax researchMaintain strong client relationsMaintain active communication with seniors to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, make sure deadlines are met, and lead change efforts effectivelyAttend professional development and training sessions on a regular basis and stay informed regarding tax changes and issues that could affect clientsWhat you bring:Bachelor's Degree in AccountingMaster's Degree in Taxation a plusLLM in Taxation or JD a plusCPA (Certified Public Accountant) license or eligibility to take CPA examExcellent analytical, technical and tax accounting/technology skillsAbility to work additional hours as needed
