About the roleAs the Marketing Manager, you will play a strategic role in the company's success by developing and executing a winning marketing strategy that will support customer acquisition, retention and cross/up-selling within a growing modern Managed Service Provider (MSP)/Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) environment. This is a dynamic role requiring both strategic capability and a willingness to manage the day-to-day activities required.Job HighlightsMonthly Rate: Approximately USD 1700 per monthPaid Hours per Week: 40 hours per weekSchedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM Rhodes, NSWWork Arrangement: Work from homeContract: Independent ContractorSide note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will also be accountable for handling their taxes and benefits independently. The professional fees are calculated on an hourly basis. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a modern marketing strategy focusing on customer journey and lifetime value.Create key messaging and a content calendar to drive customer engagement and lead generation across digital channels.Develop buyer personas aligned with customer pain points and desired outcomes.Create a scalable lead generation program utilizing digital channels.Optimize landing page content, manage the website, and oversee social media activities, including video.Drive brand awareness through targeted campaigns and messaging.Manage SEO/SEM initiatives, including content creation, retargeting, and online advertising.Coordinate public relations activities and company events.Analyze campaign performance, utilizing analytics for continuous improvement and reporting on ROI.Oversee the establishment of a marketing automation platform and develop marketing metrics.Key Relationships:Collaborate with business executives, sales teams, and staff at all levels.Engage with customers, service providers, and vendors.Qualifications:Proven experience in a similar marketing role, preferably in IT or Cybersecurity.B2B digital marketing experience, including SEO/SEM and campaign management.Proficiency in WordPress is preferred.Strong communication skills with professional corporate language.Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to execute marketing plans autonomously.Exceptional copywriting and editing abilities with a keen eye for detail.Strong brand-building skills with both strategic and hands-on execution.Creative, proactive, and enthusiastic.Independent Contractor PerksPermanent work-from-homeImmediate hiringSteady freelance jobReminderKindly apply directly to the link provided; you will be redirected to BruntWork’s Career Site.
