As a member of our production team, this creative professional will produce national network quality video packages involving location lighting, video/audio recording, directing techniques, and field editing. Serving in this position facilitates ministry activities and contributes to CBN's Biblical mission to advance the Gospel of Jesus Christ worldwide.The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:Working knowledge of state-of-the-art video camera, lighting and audio production techniques and equipment operationAbility to perform advanced remote production functions involving lighting, directing and audio recordingMinimum of two years of experience in video field production, or a B.A. in video productionThorough knowledge of TV production in remote locationsIntermediate videotape editing skillsPrefer DP experience and reenactment shooting and directing skillsAbility to work independently and as an effective production team member to include operating as a one-man band on field assignmentsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesGood communication skills and ability to make timely decisionsStrong time management and organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to give directions clearly, as well as take directionsAbility to travel extensively and work nights and weekendsMust possess a valid driver's license and a good driving recordAbility to stand for extended periods of time; ability to bend and lift up to 50lbs.Demonstrate life application of Biblical principles and practices in alignment with CBN's nonprofit Christian mission Please include a link to your video portfolio.
