We also specialize in onboarding companies onto the federal databases so they can bid on these opportunities. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Salesperson. Payment will be commission based. The Salesperson will focus on generating new business opportunities, building relationships with contractors in the trades community, and converting potential leads into satisfied customers. Key daily responsibilities include prospecting, conducting calls and meetings with potential clients, showcasing the BidHound platform's benefits, and managing the sales pipeline to meet or exceed quotas. Qualifications Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed goalsStrong verbal and written communication skills for client interactionsExperience building and maintaining customer relationshipsKnowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking softwareAdaptability to learn about government procurement processes and trade-specific servicesSelf-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote environmentPast experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferredBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus but not required
