This position leads projects from preconstruction through closeout and is based at our Simi Valley office.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary: $130,000 – $160,000 (DOE)Up to $160,000+ for exceptional candidates with full experience in ground-up, tilt-up, and airport/regulatory workMedical, dental, and vision insurance (employee + dependents)401(k) with 3% company contributionPaid time off, sick leave, holidaysWeekly pay + annual bonus opportunitiesStrong pipeline of ground-up and commercial interior projectsSupportive company culture built on long-term relationships and high-quality workResponsibilitiesGround-Up / Tilt-Up ConstructionManage all phases of commercial ground-up projectsOversee sitework, grading, utilities, concrete tilt-up panels, structural systems, and MEP integrationMaintain schedules, budgets, procurement logs, and cost controlsCoordinate with civil, structural, and MEP engineersEnsure code compliance, QA/QC, inspections, and safetyTrack schedule milestones and subcontractor performanceCommercial Interiors (Retail / Restaurant / Airport)Lead high-end TI buildouts including finishes, millwork, kitchens, and specialty systemsOversee work in regulated environments such as airports (TSA/CBP, gates, ops spaces)Coordinate closely with designers, architects, brand reps, and airport stakeholdersGeneral Project ManagementLead preconstruction estimating, takeoffs, and subcontractor buyoutsNegotiate and execute subcontract agreementsRun OAC and coordination meetings with owners, architects, and consultantsManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project documentationConduct regular site walks for quality and progress verificationCommunicate clearly and professionally with all project stakeholdersRequired QualificationsCandidates must meet all the following:10+ years as a Project Manager for a Commercial General ContractorHands-on experience delivering ground-up commercial constructionConcrete tilt-up experience requiredStrong understanding of commercial construction means & methodsAbility to read plans, perform takeoffs, and write scopesProven experience managing budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractorsProficiency with Bluebeam and Microsoft OfficeStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsFull-time in-person role based in Simi Valley (no remote work)Preferred QualificationsExperience in retail, restaurant, or high-end interior constructionExperience in airport or other highly regulated environmentsExperience with ProcoreExperience with Primavera P6 or Microsoft ProjectsPosition DetailsFull-time Salaried PositionIn-person at our Simi Valley officeTypical average 50-hour work weekNo relocation assistance
