We have clinical tools to help you make data-based decisions, make quick changes to programs easily for staff to get up to date information and communication systems for dissemination.\nConducting FBAs, designing individualized client programs and engaging in continuous assessment of client needs to help each client reach their goals that improve the quality of their lives and the lives of their families. A core value includes partnership with parents as a dynamic strategy to encourage best outcomes and limit conflict as we tailor programs to be truly meaningful for our clients.\nFrom weekly individual office supervision meetings to division meetings and IEP meetings, you will have the opportunity to engage in clinical problem solving, collaboration and even a healthy discussion of different opinions.
