You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of your work, while also contributing to the creation and adoption of software best practices across the organization.\n\nWhat You'll Do\nWork closely with our Product, Quality Assurance, and Design Teams to translate business requirements into effective software solutions.\nWrite high quality, well tested code that aligns with internal software best practices.\nMentor and support other engineers in their software development, helping ensure the overall success of the engineering organization.\nStrike an appropriate balance of software velocity and quality, enabling the engineering organization to provide continuous value to our end users.\nAbout You\n8+ years of experience in software development\nIn-depth experience in AWS, NodeJS, Typescript, and ReactJS is a must\nExperience working with relational databases, working with microservices, and designing APIs\nAble to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving development environment\nAble to anticipate problems, dig into issues, and produce well vetted solutions.\nIs respected as an empathetic and approachable mentor to other engineers\nExcited about the opportunity, but worried you don't meet all the requirements?
