In this impactful role, you will drive project quality, manage trade partners, and enforce strict safety standards while working directly with USACE and NAVFAC officials. Joining a focused, growth-oriented team, you will ensure high-quality execution and profitability across complex project sites.\n\nHow You Will Make an Impact:\n\nManage all daily site operations, safety programs, and quality control execution for assigned federal projects.\nLead project scheduling, sequencing, and resource allocation to ensure optimal delivery and schedule adherence.\nEnforce strict compliance with state, federal, company, and military safety protocols on active jobsites.\nReview labor reports and production metrics to optimize jobsite efficiency and cost-effectiveness.\nExecute comprehensive quality control plans and coordinate required inspections and testing procedures.\nDrive productive relationships with project teams, trade partners, clients, and USACE/NAVFAC representatives.\n\nRequired Qualifications & Experience:\n\nMinimum of 5 years of dedicated field leadership experience on federal or commercial jobsites.\nSuperintendent overseeing complex construction project sites.\nIn-depth knowledge of safety protocols, field execution processes, quality control, and schedule management.\nComplete willingness to travel 100% to assigned project locations.\nProficiency using construction management tools such as Procore, P6, and Microsoft Office.\n\nPreferred Qualifications & Experience:\n\nBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.\n10+ years of dedicated field leadership experience on federal or commercial jobsites.\nDemonstrated expertise managing complex quality control programs and USACE/NAVFAC compliance standards.\nProven experience managing projects working directly with USACE and NAVFAC agencies.\nExperience with Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) construction or similar classified facility types.\nCPR/AED\nOSHA 30\nCQM-C\n\nCompensation & Benefits:\n\nWeekly pay cycle\n401(k) retirement savings program with employer matching.\nHealth benefits including medical, dental, HSA, life, and disability options.\nPaid time off (vacation, holidays, sick) and paid parental leave.\nTravel projects with per diem and relocation assistance provided.\nCell phone allowance and company laptop\nPaid training, mentor programs, and safety/technical certification support.\n\nAbout Us:\n\nLS Black Constructors is a focused general contractor specializing in federal construction projects.
