You'll play a key role in expanding maintenance agreements, increasing service project revenue, and strengthening the company's market presence. Your success will come from both your own sales production and your ability to elevate the performance of those around you.How The Role Is StructuredThis is a true player-coach position:~50% focused on your own sales pipeline and closing deals ~50% focused on leading, coaching, and managing the sales team You'll be expected to lead by example while building consistency, accountability, and performance across the team.What You'll Be DoingDrive new business through direct sales of commercial / industrial HVAC and plumbing maintenance and service agreements Lead and develop a team of sales representatives Conduct coaching sessions, ride-alongs, and joint sales calls Support and close complex or high-value opportunities Oversee pipeline health, forecasting, and sales activity metrics Ensure consistent use of CRM tools and structured sales processes Work closely with operations to ensure smooth execution of sold work What You Bring To The RoleProven success in B2B or service-based sales Experience leading or mentoring sales professionals Strong ability to manage both personal and team performance Results-driven mindset with a focus on growth and accountability Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Valid driver's license with insurable driving record Preferred BackgroundHVAC, mechanical, or technical service sales experience Familiarity with recurring revenue models (maintenance agreements) Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines Work ScheduleFull-time | 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM | Monday - FridayLong-Term OpportunityThis role is designed for someone who wants to grow their income, expand their leadership impact, and build a team that delivers consistent results.
