Communicates with other production staff regarding menus, recipes and portion sizes. Provides training and guidance to other employees performing related work.Adhere to HACCP/food safety guidelines/policies & procedures Utilizes proper equipment to produce standard recipes. Utilizes systems to quality process/standards in food production Performs other duties as assigned.
