The role involves handling a high volume of inbound support calls, troubleshooting IT issues, and ensuring timely resolution or escalation of incidents while delivering excellent customer service.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide Level 1 technical support to retail customers via phone, email, and ticketing systems.\nHandle back-to-back inbound support calls throughout the shift.\nLog, track, and manage incidents and service requests in accordance with defined SLAs.\nTroubleshoot common hardware, software, network, and access-related issues.\nEscalate unresolved incidents to appropriate support teams.\nFollow ITIL-based incident, request, and problem management processes.\nMaintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.\nDeliver a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and support.\nRequired Skills\n1 to 3 years of experience in a Service Desk, Help Desk, or Technical Support role.\nExperience supporting customers in a B2B environment.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nKnowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and basic networking concepts.\nFamiliarity with ticketing tools and service management platforms.\nUnderstanding of ITIL processes; ITIL v4 certification/knowledge preferred.\nAbility to work in rotational shifts and a high-call-volume environment.\n\nThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $29,973 to $69,014\nCapgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
