In this role, you will be the heart of our daily operations, ensuring the smooth, efficient flow of communication, schedules, and support across the entire workplace.\r\nThe ideal candidate does not just answer phones, they are a proactive problem solver who respects the importance of seamless office systems, maintains sharp attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.\r\nShift Full-Time, On-Site Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM\r\nKey Responsibilities Daily Operations: Manage receptionist duties, greet visitors, handle incoming mail, and oversee general front-desk workflows.\r\nFacility Upkeep: Monitor the physical office layout, maintain equipment function, and coordinate with building management.\r\nInventory Control: Monitor, restock, and organize office and kitchen supplies to anticipate team needs.\r\nVendor Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for external suppliers, maintenance crews, and utility providers.\r\nExecutive Support: Coordinate internal meeting spaces, schedule appointments, and assist leadership with logistical tasks.\r\nTeam Integration: Help onboard new hires on-site and coordinate logistics for company culture events.\r\nWhat We're Looking For Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of dedicated on-site office management or senior administrative experience.\r\nOn-Site Reliability: Consistent, punctual attendance to ensure the physical office is open and operational daily.\r\nSoftware Fluency: Deep proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office platforms.\r\nCommunication: Exceptional verbal, written, and in-person communication skills with a client-facing attitude.\r\nMulti-Tasking: Proven ability to handle physical and digital organizational tasks simultaneously.\r\nPreferred Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.\r\nFinancial Tasks: Basic experience tracking expenses or managing small-scale office budgets.\r\nAbout Binderholz Binderholz is Europe's leading manufacturer of solid wood products and innovative mass timber construction solutions.
