The incumbent is responsible for the supervision, operation, and performance of all janitorial, transportation and administrative services, consisting of the (3) personnel or more.\nJob Description\nResponsible for maintaining adherence to customer quality requirements.\nResponsible for personnel training to achieve effective and efficient operations performance.\nResponsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of appropriate methods and procedures for operations personnel\nInterface with customer representatives to assure that service delivery/quality is satisfactory.\nInterface with Manager relative to personnel administration, budgetary requirements, and customer issues\nAssist the Contract Manager in the development of customer reports, performance indicators, and productivity improvement programs.\nAssist the Maintenance Technicians in the development of all safety rules and programs\nWork with management staff with personnel training to achieve effective and efficient operations performance.\nEstablish and maintain supplies and materials\nAll SOPs must be followed\nUnderstands Good Documentation Practices and follows GMP procedures\nEnsures team performs daily and periodic tasks in assigned areas as directed\nMaintains a neat and orderly work area, including janitorial closets and storage areas\nPerforms all cleaning assignments in accordance with BI’s approved procedures\nMaintains cleaning equipment in good working condition, and notifies the Manager or Supervisor if repair or replacement is necessary\nMaintains appropriate supply levels in assigned janitorial closets and storage areas\nWorks safely at all times and promptly informs management about unsafe conditions existing in the work area\nWears personal protective equipment appropriate for the task being performed\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs\nOther duties as assigned\nQualification\nMinimum of ten (10) years of recent experience associated with building services activities\nMinimum of five (5) years of recent supervisory experience with staff of twenty-five or more\nSupervisory/business training, preferably at college level\nDesire to exceed and a service attitude relative to customer needs\n\nCushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work.
