The prime-time hours are Monday through Friday (and possible weekends) from 12pm (or 2pm) to 6pm. Any applicants that would like to work and/or partner with us, aligned in this need for meaningful change, please upload your resume.Job DescriptionProvide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapistsDesign ABA curriculum plans, review, and update on a regular basisDesign behavior intervention plansClinically review reports and session notes on a regular basisAnalyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changesWrite reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervisedCommunication regularly with parents, caregivers and the teamCoordinate with Program Manager to maintain quality of casesOffer suggestions of incorporating individualized goals into family’s daily routineProvide parent and staff trainingPosition RequirementsBCBA certification through the BACBExperience working with children with autism and their familiesExcellent organizational skills and great attention to detailsCandidates must be energetic, animated, and outgoing, with a passion for helping children achieve their true potentialFor more information on Sunny Days of California, please visit our website www.sunnydays.comSunny Days of California is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
