PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Conceptualize and sketch captivating shoe designs that embody luxury and finesse. Stay ahead of fashion trends, seamlessly blending innovation with our brand values. Select outstanding fabrications, colors, and materials. Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for flawless execution. Ensure impeccable fit and comfort for every style. Continuous research for inspiration and setting new aesthetic standards. SKILLS NEEDED: A deep professional portfolio showcasing your mastery of women’s luxury shoe design, with a focus on flats, sandals, loafers, mules, heels – specifically targeting luxury modern classics and minimalist concepts. Proven experience with a top-tier fashion brand, demonstrating your ability to create captivating pieces. A deep understanding of luxury materials, modern classics, culture, and craftsmanship. Proficiency in design software and tools to bring your concepts to life. Exceptional communication skills and open-mindedness to collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams. A relentless passion for pushing standards and redefining modern forever classics. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion Design or equivalent. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in women's luxury shoe design. Strong sketching and illustration skills to effectively communicate your ideas. Demonstrated ability to lead design concepts and teams. In-depth knowledge of textiles, garment construction, and manufacturing processes. A track record of successfully launching luxury fashion collections. Fluency in English. Openminded and strong ability to constructively process feedback.
