You'll work closely with teams across the organization to understand their pain points, scope requirements, and deliver practical solutions that drive operational efficiency, support investment decisions, and enable market growth.\r\nThe Key: you approach problems with an AI-centric mindset, always considering where AI and emerging technologies could create breakthrough improvements, while staying grounded in what actually solves the problem best.\r\nWhat You'll Do:\r\nProactively go out across the organization to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement\r\nOwn the whole project cycle including scoping, requirement gathering, documentation, launch, and training\r\nRecommend and implement solutions whether it's process changes, automations, custom tools, or AI applications\r\nCollaborate with our software, IT, and data science teams on more technical implementations\r\nEvaluate AI tools and emerging technologies to understand capabilities, limitations, value and costs to inform the product and AI roadmap\r\nMeasure and track ROI and time savings from deployed solutions\r\nIterate on solutions based on user feedback and changing needs\r\nTriage and manage incoming product requests\r\nCommunicate progress, findings, and recommendations to internal stakeholders clearly and regularly\r\nConduct QA on products you ship and existing products under active iteration\r\nWho You Are\r\nRequired\r\n2 years of experience in requirements gathering, product management, business analysis, or scoping tech solutions\r\nExperience working with cross-functional teams\r\nExcellent problem-solving skills and structured thinking\r\nStrong communication and collaboration abilities\r\nCurious and excited to experiment with new tools and approaches, especially AI, with the ability to pick them up quickly\r\nHighly organized and adaptable to changing priorities\r\nFamiliarity with product/project management or process improvement methodologies\r\nPreferred\r\nHands-on experience with AI tools and no-code platforms\r\nBasic technical skills (Python, APIs, data analysis)\r\nSuccess in This Role Looks Like\r\nProactively identifying opportunities where AI could create competitive advantage\r\nSurfacing problems across the org before they're escalated\r\nDelivering solutions with measurable impact: saving time, improving efficiency, and supporting investment decisions and market growth\r\nOther teams come to you before pursuing their own software solutions\r\nClear documentation and communication of problem scopes and solutions\r\nBuilding trust as a go-to person for solving operational challenges\r\nHigh satisfaction from teams you support\r\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
