About the CompanyLocation: Georgia (Remote)Position Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleAs a Regional Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth across a multi-state territory by building strong relationships with distributors, contractors, municipalities, and manufacturers’ representatives. Your ability to combine technical product knowledge with strategic relationship management will help expand market share and strengthen long-term partnerships. This role is ideal for a commercially minded sales leader who enjoys owning a territory, identifying new opportunities, and working closely with both end users and channel partners to deliver measurable growth.ResponsibilitiesGrow regional revenue by expanding distributor relationships and securing new businessStrengthen the performance of manufacturer rep networks through coaching, accountability, and collaborationIncrease wallet share with key municipal, contractor, and OEM customersExpand market presence through new stocking agreements and strategic partnershipsDrive measurable sales performance across Waterworks, PVF, and Fire Protection product linesQualificationsStrong knowledge of Waterworks, PVF, and Fire Protection productsExperience working with distributors and manufacturers’ representative sales networksEstablished relationships with contractors, municipalities, and industry stakeholdersRequired SkillsStrong communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skillsAbility to analyze territory performance and develop strategic sales plansPreferred SkillsExperience using ERP and CRM systems or similar sales management toolsProficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPointEqual Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.
