You will be responsible for maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Bamboo, Jenkins, and version control tools like Git and Bitbucket, ensuring stable, reliable, and repeatable build and release processes.\n\nQualifications\n\n10+ years of IT experience.\n\n5+ years of experience in build engineering and release management roles.\n\nStrong experience with CI/CD tools such as Bamboo, Jenkins, or similar.\n\nProficiency in version control systems: Git, Bitbucket, or SVN.\n\nScripting experience with Shell, Python, or Groovy for automation tasks.\n\nNice to Have\n\nExperience with Atlassian tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Bamboo).\n\nResponsibilities\n\nDesign, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Bamboo and Jenkins.\n\nManage and optimize build processes for a range of software applications and services.\n\nCoordinate release activities across dev, QA, staging, and production environments.\n\nCollaborate with cross‑functional teams (development, QA, product management) to align on release timelines and deliverables.\n\nEnsure accurate and timely deployment of code, patches, and configuration changes.\n\nAdminister source control systems (Git, Bitbucket, or SVN), including branching strategies, tagging, and merge processes.\n\nDocument build and release processes, tools, and configurations for ongoing support and training.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve build, merge, and deployment issues promptly.\n\nImplement best practices in software versioning, build artifact management, and release automation.\n\nPay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $65/hour to $72/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.\n\nSolugenix will consider qualified applicants with a criminal history pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act and Ordinance. Applicants do not need to disclose their criminal history or participate in a background check until a conditional job offer is made to you.
