This role prepares Civil 3D drawings, develops grading and utility plans, creates 3D grading models in Trimble Business Center (TBC), generates as-builts, and prepares survey stakeout files that guide field crews with precision.\r\nThe CAD Technician works closely with project managers, engineers, surveyors, and contractors to ensure plans meet project requirements, regulatory standards, and construction needs.
