This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that values precision, teamwork, and innovation.\nDuties\nAccurately measure, weigh, and combine raw materials to create consistent batches in accordance with manufacturing protocols.\nOperate machinery such as mixers, blenders, and other processing equipment safely and efficiently.\nMaintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including cleaning equipment and tools after use.\nFollow CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines to ensure product safety and quality at all times.\nAssist with materials handling tasks, including loading and unloading supplies using forklifts or manual methods.\nSupport packaging processes by preparing finished products for shipment while adhering to quality standards.\nCollaborate with laboratory personnel to perform quality checks and document batch records accurately.\nExperience\nPrior experience in manufacturing or production environments is preferred, especially within a regulated setting such as CGMP compliance.\nFamiliarity with lean manufacturing principles to promote efficiency and waste reduction.\nWarehouse experience including materials handling and forklift operation is highly desirable.\nBasic laboratory experience or understanding of quality control procedures is a plus.\nKnowledge of machining or equipment maintenance can be advantageous but is not required.\nStrong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and the ability to follow detailed instructions are essential for success in this role.
