{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"2d14d5405de90c64cd706630","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/2d14d5405de90c64cd706630","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/2d14d5405de90c64cd706630","title":"Document Controller","description":"Document Controller\r\nLocation: Bexley (Kent region, with travel across multiple sites/projects).\r\nResponsibilities\r\nAs a Document Controller you will provide a support service to our project teams by ensuring that project design information/docs are captured and stored in Viewpoint for Projects (Our Common Data Environment (CDE)) for ease of retrieval.\r\nSupport the design team ensuring all design information is controlled and maintained in a methodical manner and issued within set time scales.\r\nEnsure company and project information management protocols and procedures are followed (including but not limited to the IMP and BEP).\r\nBe communication liaison for the design and site teams including key documentation and handover information.\r\nBuild effective working relationships with all members of the site team, up to and including Director level.\r\nSupport the Viewpoint Champion for the project team.\r\nSupport the relevant Teams with the workflow process, RDD, RFI, Change Control and linking information to virtual containers within our CDE.\r\nManage the CDE i.e. creating internal and external document containers with CDE template or inviting and revoking internal and external users.\r\nQualifications\r\nA highly organised approach to work.\r\nExcellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.\r\nThe ability to effectively and proactively coordinate multiple activities under pressure.\r\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to work and communicate with all members of the site team and the wider team if required.\r\nAptitude to learn new software and technology tools quickly.\r\nAware of individual Health and Safety responsibilities and adheres to company health and safety policy and procedures.\r\nAble to demonstrate alignment and work in line with the Galliford Try values - Excellence, Passion, Integrity and Collaboration.\r\nGalliford Try welcomes applications from candidates who would like to work full-time, reduced hours or flexibly and this will be discussed in more detail as part of the recruitment process.\r\nAs a Disability Confident employer, we have committed to offer an interview to any candidate with a long-term health condition or disability that meets the essential criteria for the advertised position.
