IGA Operations Engineer

A company is looking for an IGA Operations Engineer to support the operation of systems in Identity and Access Management. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 2 support for the IGA solution and ensure its reliability and availability Implement and manage incident, service request, change, and problem management processes Maintain system configurations and documentation, and serve as an on-call resource for incident response Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience Relevant technical or security certification (e.g., CompTia Security+, CISSP) Three years of experience in identity management and governance products Experience with Saviynt or similar IGA tools, and SQL scripting Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD/EntraID, and SNOW ticketing system
