You will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery while improving efficiency, productivity, transparency, and clarity across programs. You will play a key role in fostering continuous improvement, not only within your projects but across the broader Solutions Engineering organization. This position spans two key domains: partner initiatives across multiple verticals (DeFi, Gaming, Commerce, Payments, and more) and internal product development within Mysten Labs' business units. You will be embedded in cross-functional teams, ensuring that both external engagements and internal initiatives are delivered with structure, predictability, and measurable impact. You will also enable a diverse set of developers and partners to build the foundations of the decentralized future, accelerating the adoption of web3.
