For additional information, visit us at www.wipro.com.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nWork with stakeholders, Tech leads, architects, and project managers to review and understand requirements and ensure that the team has a clear and complete picture of successful delivery.\nCreate designs that meet requirements and work with leads and architects facilitate the review and approval process with key stakeholders\nWork with team for breaking down project work into stories, size development effort, and plan sprints\nWork with team’s resources, and support team members in overcoming technical and project challenges to complete planned work\nFacilitate internal technical support for your team’s projects to achieve successful production deployment\nSupport the creation and maintenance of internal technical documentation\n\nQualifications:\n\nProven ability to lead technical quality through code reviews, design feedback, mentoring, and shared ownership.\nAdvance skills in software engineering principles, including object-oriented design and microservices architecture.\nStrong grasp of design patterns, clean code practices, and writing maintainable, scalable software.\nHands-on experience in Java, Spring boot and experience in development on Test Automation Framework implementations using Junit 5 and JBehave.\nExperience using AI engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or M365 Copilot to improve productivity, code quality, testing, documentation, and debugging while maintaining human review and responsible-use standards.\nHands-on experience building, testing, and optimizing AI agents , utilizing modern LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel).\nStrong expertise in prompt engineering , including advanced techniques (few-shot prompting, Chain-of-Thought, ReAct frameworks) to ensure deterministic, safe, and accurate model outputs.\nMust be keen on maintaining product quality.\nAbility to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements\nFamiliarity with SDLC processes and Agile Methodologies\nProficient with Git or similar version control systems.\n\nAdditional preferred skills:\n\nExperience with Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Web Services, SQL, and/or Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, DevContainers), Redis, Kafka\nExperience with RESTful APIs, microservices.\nExperience with Git, and Jenkins\nExperience working with code coverage and health reporting tools such as Sonar\n\nMandatory Skills: Microservices .\n\nExperience: 8-10 Years .\n\nThe expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .\n\nFinal compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
