This role serves as the primary point of contact for participants throughout their program journey from intake through training, job placement, and early employment.\nThe Training Coordinator provides case management, coaching, and data tracking to ensure participant success and program effectiveness. This position plays a key role in monitoring outcomes, identifying trends, and supporting continuous improvement of Workforce Development programs.\nCore Responsibilities\nParticipant Recruitment and Intake\nManage the application process across online, walk-in, and telephone channels, including interview scheduling and initial screening.\nConduct participant interviews and assess eligibility for workforce training programs.\nEvaluate candidates and provide recommendations for selection in collaboration with Workforce Development leadership.\nIdentify potential barriers to participation and coordinate with the Workforce Development Support Services Coordinator to develop appropriate support plans.\nCase Management and Participant Support\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive case files for participants from intake through training, job placement, and early employment.\nProvide ongoing coaching and support to participants during training and post-graduation.\nServe as a consistent point of contact to promote accountability, engagement, and successful program completion.\nConduct regular follow-up, including monthly employment check-ins, to track placement, retention, and wage outcomes.\nData Tracking and Program Reporting\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date participant and program data within the CRM system.\nMonitor program metrics and progress toward established performance goals.\nPrepare monthly and ad hoc reports on enrollment, completion, placement, and retention outcomes.\nAnalyze participant data and outcome trends to identify strengths, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.\nSupport the Workforce Development Director in preparing reports that communicate program performance, risks, and opportunities.\nProgram Improvement and Coordination\nMake data-informed recommendations to improve program design, processes, and participant outcomes.\nIdentify workflow gaps or inefficiencies and propose practical solutions.\nCollaborate with Workforce Development staff to ensure alignment between participant progress, support services, and program goals.\nBuild and maintain relationships with employers, agencies, and community partners that support participant success and job placement.\nCoordinate with internal departments, including Development and Communications, to share program updates, outcomes, and impact data.\nSupport program evaluation, benchmarking, and grant reporting activities as needed.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nStrong case management and participant coaching skills.\nEffective interviewing and assessment capabilities.\nStrong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple participants and priorities.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking, reporting, and analysis.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems.\nData-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to build rapport and work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.\nProfessional, compassionate, and participant-centered approach.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, cross-functional environment.\nEducation and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Human Services, Education, Workforce Development, or a related field;
