When supporting new products, the candidate require to lead the development of process documentation and modifying the existing processes. As an Amazonian, the ability to recognize process gaps and take ownership in developing solutions are important. Project duration can range from a few days to several months and include travel across the US. International work is available for candidates interested in pursuing.
