As a Farm Hand at Wilmar Sugar & Renewables, you'll play a vital role in keeping our farms running smoothly and supporting the production of sugarcane for our mills.This fixed term position is based at Mona Park in North Queensland's Burdekin region, known for its stunning landscapes, rich agricultural heritage, and a vibrant community. The Burdekin region offers a fantastic lifestyle with a warm climate, beautiful beaches and a range of recreational activities, making it a great place to live and work.Your Role in ActionOperator: Operate tractors and other farming equipment.Irrigation: Assist with irrigation tasks to keep crops thriving.Maintanence: Perform basic maintenance and repairs as needed.Rowing: Help with row cropping and other field operations.Your Winning CombinationThe successful applicant must have prior experience driving tractors, hold a "C Class" Drivers Licence and be a strong communicator.
