The scope of this project is to provide professional expertise and technical support of the programs and initiatives managed by the SEED office. This includes business process consulting, automation, and engineering; identifying metrics of success, then collecting and analyzing programmatic data; and providing formal evaluations and reports as needed in association with any Federal, Departmental, or Agency-wide mandates or initiatives as it relates to SEED programs.\nResponsibilities Include\nThe Program Manager will provide expertise in biomedical innovation, targeted towards the life science community\nResponsible for overall task management and communications, tracking, monitoring, and reporting on task status and progress\nRecommend modifications to task requirements (within scope) and timelines, including tasks undertaken by sub-contractors\nManage the budget, schedule, and requirements of the project\nLiaises between project managers, other governmental entities, and upper management\nSupports project planning, production, quality, project financial, and staff direction and oversight, and providing deliverables under the task order\nManages client interface with the SEED Technical Monitor (TM), COR, and CO\nReports on program progress, issues, and resolutions\nDevelops and delivers weekly status reports and other ad hoc reports\nWrites detailed Project Requirements Documents (PRDs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Statements of Objectives (SOOs), Performance Work Statements (PWSs), and Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs)\n\nRequirements Overview\nBachelor's degree is required with a minimum of 8 years of experience in performing project management activities\nPossess a proven experience developing and maintaining working relationships with high level government officials and technical experts\nExperience with writing and developing projects\nExperience writing and developing PRDs, SOWs, SOOs, PWSs, and IGCEs\nAbility to conduct analytic assessments of work plans and progress reports and identify strengths and weaknesses\nAbility to work collaboratively with all team members\nExcellent written and oral communication skills\nFamiliar with Microsoft office suite of programs, especially MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word\nFamiliar with website design and construction software programs like SharePoint or Adobe\nExperience working in a fast-based, analytical environment\nEmployment Type\nFull-time, W2 employment\nExempt, salaried\nEligible for paid benefits\nSD Solutions Culture\nWe are a fast-growing company who puts people first.
