This 12-week summer position is a great way to gain experience in property management, build new skills, and be part of a team that lives out the LUMA Playbook every day. And who knows? What You'll DoAs a Summer Groundskeeper, you'll help keep our communities clean, welcoming, and vibrant: Enhance curb appeal by removing trash, debris, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the property Clean common areas, including breezeways, walkways, and amenity spaces Assist the service team with daily tasks and community needs Help maintain pool and outdoor areas (training provided if needed) Identify and report any safety concerns or maintenance needs Follow all safety procedures and company policies QualificationsWhat You Bring (Who You Are)You'll thrive in this role if you: Have reliable attendance and strong punctuality Enjoy working outdoors in the Texas summer heat and varying weather conditions Are physically able to lift, bend, walk stairs, and stand for extended periods Bring a positive attitude and customer-service mindset when interacting with residents Can follow instructions and also work independently to complete tasks Have strong attention to detail and take pride in cleanliness Maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends if needed Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times Why This Role MattersYou are the first impression of the community.
