At Personalizationmall.com, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced industry, in an inclusive work environment, working with other passionate individuals like yourself.\n\n*1st Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm *\n\n*Peak schedule varies*\n\n*ESSENTIAL DUTIES*\n\n* Monitor the quality standards via inspection of our manufactured product making sure it meets our customer expectations.\n* Approving acceptable items or enter defect details for replacement.\n* Operate the quality control desk receiving quality questions or concerns, routing these issues to Operations Management and other support teams for resolution.\n* Collecting data for cost, merchandising, planning etc.\n* Avoid waste and help create better efficiencies in the given areas.\n* Assisting the Quality Control Analysist complete their daily duties.\n* Cross training when require in the production floor\n\n*RESPONSIBILITIES*\n\n* Inspect and report quality issues.\n* Approve items that meet the quality standards expected by our customer.\n* Enter defect information into the quality monitoring system.\n* Perform all duties of the quality assurance personnel.\n* Diagnose problems and contact appropriate teams for support.\n* At peak times we operate 24/7 operation; the proper candidate must be willing to work on either shift to provide this coverage.\n* Communicate with the support teams needed to solve issues within a timely manner.\n* Communicate with the Operations team about all aspects or problems in the area.\n* Read, write and reply to all business emails and other forms of communication in English.\n* Perform additional as required.\n\n*REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:*\n\n* High School Diploma required.\n* Must read and speak English (Spanish is helpful)\n* Must be comfortable working with a computer.\n* Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10 hours.\n* Must be able to push/pull carts and totes up to 25lbs.\n* Strong communication Skills\n* Analytical skills\n* Planning and problem solving\n* Patience\n* Dependability\n* Teamwork\n\nThe expected hourly pay range for this position is *$17.50 per hour*.
