This role ensures molds, materials, and processes are set correctly so parts meet quality, safety, and production standards.\nShift Schedule: Sunday - Tuesday and Every other Wednesday 5:50am - 6:00pm\nKey Responsibilities:\nPerform mold changes and machine setups according to the production schedule\nInstall, connect, and verify water lines, air lines, hydraulics, and auxiliary equipment\nLoad and confirm correct resins, colorants, and additives per job requirements\nSet and adjust machine parameters during startup to meet quality specifications\nStart machines and approve parts prior to full production run\nTroubleshoot setup and startup issues related to molds, materials, and equipment\nWork closely with operators, quality, and maintenance to resolve production issues\nComplete setup documentation and update process sheets as required\nFollow all safety procedures, including lockout tagout and housekeeping standards\nSupport continuous improvement efforts and standard work practices\nOn-Site: This role is required to be on-site 5 days at the Denver, CO location.\nQualifications\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n0-2 years of Previous experience in a plastics injection molding setup or technician role\nWorking knowledge of injection molding machines, molds, and materials\nAbility to read setup sheets, job travelers, and basic part prints\nStrong mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with specific molding machines, robots, or auxiliary equipment\nUnderstanding of scientific molding or process optimization techniques\nForklift or overhead crane experience\nBasic computer skills for data entry and documentation\nWork Environment:\nManufacturing floor environment with exposure to heat, noise, and moving equipment\nStanding, walking, bending, lifting, and pushing throughout the shift\nShift work, overtime, and weekend work may be required\nCompensation\nIn compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the expected pay range for this position is $23.50 - $28.50.\nCompensation can vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for extra incentives like equity, commissions, or other variable performance-related bonuses.
