This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate trades, clients and internal teams to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nLead all phases of construction projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, execution and closeout.\nManage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and on-site crews to ensure work meets project requirements, quality standards and schedule.\nPrepare, monitor and report project budgets, cash flow forecasts, change orders and cost controls to meet financial objectives.\nDevelop and maintain project schedules using critical path methods; proactively mitigate schedule risks and resolve delays.\nOversee installation and commissioning of HVAC, sheet metal, hydronic piping and refrigeration piping systems; coordinate MEP trades and design teams for constructability and sequencing.\nEnsure compliance with safety regulations, company safety programs and project-specific site requirements; lead safety meetings and enforce safe work practices.\nReview and interpret construction drawings, specifications and contract documents; resolve RFIs and clarifications in a timely manner.\nPerform site inspections and quality assurance checks; maintain documentation including daily reports, progress photos and field records.\nFacilitate regular client, design team and subcontractor meetings; maintain strong client relationships and communicate project status, issues and solutions.\nCoordinate permitting, inspections and closeout documentation; deliver punchlist completion and turnover packages on schedule.\nQualifications\nBachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.\n5+ years of progressive experience as a Construction Project Manager on commercial and industrial projects; experience with HVAC and building systems highly desirable.\nHands-on experience with sheet metal, hydronic piping and refrigeration piping installation, coordination or oversight.\nProven ability to manage project budgets, schedules and subcontractors on mid- to large-scale construction projects.\nFamiliarity with construction software such as Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam and MS Office Suite.\nStrong knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA) and experience leading site safety programs; OSHA 30 preferred.\nOutstanding communication, leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively with owners, engineers, architects and trades.\nProject management certification (PMP or CCM) and/or construction credentials are a plus.\nValid drivers license and ability to travel to project sites as required.\nBenefits\nVacation/PTO\n\nMedical\n\nDental\n\nVision\n\n401k\n\nBonus\n\nRelocation\n\nTelecommute\n\nFor this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
