This position does not require industry experience but does require a strong work ethic and organizational skills.\n\nWhat you will do:\n*\n\nAssist Leads and Project Managers with day-to-day project administrative functions.\n*\n\nMaintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, timecards, work hours, budgets, and expenditures\n*\n\nOrganizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings\n*\n\nDocument and follow up on important actions and decision from meetings\n*\n\nPrepare necessary presentation materials for meetings\n*\n\nEnsure project deadlines are met\n*\n\nProvide administrative support as needed\n*\n\nDeveloping project strategies with the Lead Technician, S uperintendent, and Project Manager\n*\n\nEnsure projects adhere to requirements and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project\n*\n\nAssess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable\n*\n\nChair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members\n*\n\nCoordinate, manage, and make travel arrangements for technicians traveling to the project\n*\n\nCreate the teams, develop the objectives/goa ls of each and assign individual responsibiliti es\n*\n\nPerform project accounting functions including managing the budget, tracking team expenses and minimizing exposure and risk to the project.\n*\n\nOrder, track, sort, inventory, and receive materials\n*\n\nTrack labor production to ensure milestones are met\n*\n\nCollaborates with the entire organization\n*\n\nPrimary liaison between Project Manager and Lead Technicians\n*\n\nSubmit access requests for employees and testers\n*\n\nManage all test results and maintain them in the project’s as-built folder.\n\nWhat you will need:\n*\n\nMinimum 5 years’ experience.\n*\n\n2 years of experience on construction projects.\n*\n\nExcellent communication skills.\n*\n\nProficient with Microsoft Office\n*\n\nGood understanding of building networks.\n*\n\nAbility to plan and organize a team effort.\n*\n\nGood client management and building goodwill.\n*\n\nCapacity to motivate, lead and boost morale of teams.\n*\n\nEffective time management and logical decision-makin g ability.\n*\n\nStrong focus on quality and safety.\n\nWhy CBRE:\nWhen you join CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment that helps businesses and people thrive.
