This role is instrumental in driving sales performance, delivering elevated client experiences, and maintaining Frette’s luxury standards.Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Team DevelopmentSupport recruiting, training, and development of store associatesFoster a high-performance culture through coaching, feedback, and accountabilityPartner with the Store Manager to drive team engagement and productivitySales & Client ExperienceAchieve sales goals through exceptional service and relationship-buildingDeliver Frette’s signature “white glove” client experienceDrive CRM initiatives and client outreach to build long-term loyaltyDevelop partnerships with local designers, showrooms, and business partnersOperations & Store StandardsOversee daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and reportingMaintain visual merchandising and brand presentation standardsSupport inventory management, stock organization, and product flowEnsure operational excellence across all store functionsQualifications5–7+ years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or interior designProven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a teamStrong sales acumen and clienteling experienceExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office/Google SuiteFlexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysAdditional InformationFrette offers a competitive compensation package including base salary, commission, and performance-based bonus opportunities.
