Handler/Warehouse worker","description":"*Main responsibilities: *As a Warehouse Associate, you may be responsible for the following activities in accordance with your role:\n\n* Unloading of goods delivered.\n* Check that goods advised match goods rec’d, check PO for qty’s and due date.\n* Book onto the system, batch each box as required, pass samples and paperwork to Inspection.\n* Put goods away to picking or pallet locations or transfer to boxing or subcontract operations.\n* Repackaging of bulk product into smaller quantities to comply with the companies or customer requirements.\n* To fill boxing machine hoppers as necessary (waste management).\n* Move boxed goods to designated storage locations.\n* Produce dispatch notes, picking lists and labels, as necessary.\n* Resolve discrepancies noted when picking.\n* Advise line manager of potential stock issues.\n* Confirm items picked correspond to the items described on the note.\n* Pack items to ensure they remain secure and undamaged to their destination.\n* Arrange for the issue of certification as detailed on the picking note.\n* Load goods for dispatch onto transport within deadlines.\n* Operate various warehouse equipment to reach high locations.\n* Able to use current ERP system.\n* Print labels using handheld/physical printer (batch number).\n* Use mobile scanner/tablet device to receive/picking inventory.\n* Other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.\n\n*Key Competencies: *The ideal candidate must have the following competencies:\n\n*Customer Service*\n\n* Results focused\n* Communication Skills\n* Decision Making\n* Working as part of a team\n* Problem solving\n* Ability to use computer programs\n* Detail Oriented\n\n*Skills and Qualifications: *\n\n*High School Diploma or GED*\n\n* 2-5 years relevant experience required, warehouse setting preferred.\n* Ability to read, understand and maintain records as required.\n* Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast
