Responsibilities fall within functional lines, with the individual contributing to new program development and/or maintenance of existing mobile, web, cloud, server, and computing systems.\n\nKey Contributions & Responsibilities\n\nCompetent to perform all programming, development, integration, and system administration assignments without close supervision.\nDesigns, codes, tests, and debugs programs of high complexity.\nConfigures and customizes purchased software solutions of high complexity.\nProvides project management, programming, systems, and/or system administration leadership, guidance, and assistance to other team members.\nWorks on complex application and technical problem identification and resolution, including responding to off-shift and weekend support calls as needed.\nWorks independently on complex processes and modules that may be used across one or more programs, systems, or in support of infrastructure component change management.\nDevelops major system modules, programs, or infrastructure releases based on requirements gathered from system customers.\nPerforms integrated testing and customer acceptance testing of system components, requiring careful planning and execution to ensure timely, quality results.\nPerforms integration tasks for in-house developed systems and/or purchased hardware and software solutions; assists customers with documentation, training, and usability efforts.\nMaintains full knowledge of programming languages appropriate to the platform supported, along with program design and specification development, programming logic, logic diagrams, system analysis techniques, testing, debugging, documentation standards, file design, storage, and internal systems.\n\nTeam Structure & Work Environment\n\nWorks as part of an Agile/Scrum team, with significant interaction required across all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Grooming, Retrospectives, and Demos. Regularly engages with the team on PR reviews and collaborates with other teams as needed.
