This role demands a leader who can effectively coordinate crew activities, interpret construction documents, and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.\n\n*Responsibilities:*\n* Lead and supervise tower technician crews on site.\n* Oversee site builds according to construction drawings\n* Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and regulations.\n* Coordinate material procurement and utilization.\n* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site.\n* Maintain accurate records of work performed and crew activities.\n* Communicate effectively with project managers and clients.\n* Ensure all work is completed to carrier standards.\n\n*Qualifications:*\n* Minimum 3 years of wireless telecommunications experience.\n* Minimum 1 year of foreman experience.\n* Strong working knowledge of cell carrier systems and equipment (T-Mobile experience preferred).\n* Ability to interpret construction drawings\n* Proven ability to manage and motivate crews.\n* Valid Driver’s License.\n* Required Certifications:\n* OSHA 30 Certification.\n* RF Awareness Certification.\n* CPR/First Aid Certification.\n\n*Compensation and Benefits:*\n* Pay: From $35 - $40.00 per hour.
