Website Production Specialist - Mission Pet Health

Mission Pet Health is seeking a detail-oriented contract Production Specialist to support the execution and optimization of our digital presence. This role is designed to assist with website production tasks including site migrations, content alignment, and project coordination, while also providing direct support to the Manager of Web and Search Optimization.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys structured execution, and can reliably bring projects across the finish line with accuracy and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with website migrations, ensuring accuracy in content transfer, formatting, and structureSupport content alignment across web properties ,maintaining consistency in messaging and layoutCoordinate and track project timelines, deliverables, and dependenciesExecute updates within CMS platforms, including page creation, edits, and QACollaborate closely with the Manager of Web and Search Optimization on ongoing initiativesProvide support for SEO-related tasks such as on-page optimization, metadata updates, and content structuringHandle ad hoc requests related to website updates, digital campaigns, and performance improvementsConduct quality assurance checks to ensure all web updates meet brand and functional standardsRequired QualificationsStrong attention to detail with a high standard for accuracyFoundational understanding of website structure, navigation, and CMS platforms1–2 years of experience in SEO, digital content creation, or website management1–2 years of experience in project coordination or project management supportAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectivelyStrong organizational and communication skillsComfortable working independently while taking direction and executing efficientlyPreferred QualificationsExperience working with SEO tools or analytics platformsFamiliarity with HTML/CSS basicsExperience supporting website migrations or large-scale content updatesExperience working in enterprise form applications such as JotForm, FormStack or Gravity FormsBackground in healthcare, veterinary, or multi-location businesses is a plusProjects are completed on time with minimal revisionsWebsite content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand standardsSEO and content updates are executed efficiently and correctlyThe Manager of Web and Search Optimization is effectively supported across initiatives
