As part of our distribution team, you will receive, process, pick, pack, and ship merchandise that supports our retail stores and e-commerce customers. This position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.\nEssential Responsibilities\nReceive, inspect, and accurately process incoming shipments.\nPick, pack, and prepare customer and store orders for shipment.\nReplenish inventory and organize products within designated warehouse locations.\nPerform inventory counts and assist with cycle counting and inventory accuracy initiatives.\nOperate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and other material handling equipment (forklift certification preferred but not required).\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company safety standards.\nEnsure order accuracy while meeting daily productivity and quality goals.\nAssist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.\nCommunicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding inventory issues or shipping discrepancies.\nSupport special warehouse projects and seasonal workload demands as assigned.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.\nPrevious warehouse, distribution center, retail, or shipping/receiving experience is preferred but not required.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nBasic computer and handheld scanner proficiency preferred.\nReliable attendance and punctuality.\nPositive attitude and willingness to learn.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, squat, and reach throughout an entire shift.\nFrequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.\nAbility to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.\nAbility to safely operate warehouse equipment after training.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive pay\nHealth, dental, and vision insurance (for eligible employees)\nEmployee discount on premium running footwear, apparel, and accessories\nOpportunities for training, advancement, and career growth\nA supportive team environment centered around helping people lead active, healthy lifestyles\nWhy Join Us?\nWe're passionate about helping runners and walkers of every level achieve their goals.
