If you're ready to make a real impact, help businesses thrive with the latest technology, and grow your own career, this is the role for you.\n\nThings you can expect to do:\nWith a dedicated focus on customer service, deliver effective and timely support and solutions individually and as part of a team.\nMaintain, update, and implement network infrastructure of customers including Windows Servers and Desktops, switches, routers, firewalls, Office 365, and Microsoft Azure.\nSet expectations with customers for follow up and resolution of issues.\nInstruct customers on best practices and make upgrade recommendations based on their needs.\nQuickly and accurately identify and document customer details and steps taken in projects and tickets.\nTroubleshoot network, device, and software issues within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).\nComplete ticket and project work on time and on budget.\nDrive to customer sites to install and service computer and network hardware.\nMaintain billable hours.\n\nRequired qualifications:\n2+ years of relevant experience working with an MSP (Managed Service Provider) or experience working in a computer networking, NOC (Network Operations Center), or helpdesk environment.\nBasic to intermediate knowledge of managing network devices and configurations.\nBasic to intermediate knowledge of the following technologies:\nMicrosoft 365 or comparable cloud platforms\nComputer hardware and a variety of operating systems including Windows Desktop OS, macOS, Windows Server, and mobile devices (Android and iPhone)\nFirewalls, switches, routers, and VPNs\nBasic to intermediate knowledge of networking concepts (e.g., IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, subnetting).\nAbility to perform tasks with minimal supervision.\nReliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
