Get in on the action and bring your ideas to life!Your ResponsibilitiesSupport test bench engineers to set up test benches for functional and endurance testingSupport Test Bench Engineers to implement future upgradesSet up prototype fixtures and test articlesSelect and install instrumentation needed to collect data from the test articlePerform setup, diagnosis, and repair of prototype electrical and mechanical systemsGenerate and take ownership of process documentation for test beds and test equipmentPerform preventative maintenance on complex electrical and mechanical equipmentEnsure that measuring equipment calibration is up to dateIncorporate and integrate customer-specific diagnostic and analysis systemsKeep tests runningRegularly lifting 40+ pounds Qualifications and Experience RequiredWillingness to expand knowledgeGood attitude and willing to work in a small team environmentSolution oriented and problem solvingSafety orientedStrong communication skills in both verbal and written EnglishMust have professional interpersonal skills to communicate with team, customers and suppliersAble to relay technical information in an understandable and constructive mannerDemonstrate consistent attendance habits, working hours necessary to perform a jobUnderstand customer satisfaction and requests are paramountBasic understanding of drivetrain, coolant systems, and lubrication systemsBasic knowledge of measurement technologyBasic knowledge of MS Office suite Preferred Qualifications and ExperienceCompleted apprenticeship as a mechanic and/or technicianExperience in various fields of vehicle technologyAdvanced fabrication skills beneficialExperience with test bench automation systemsReading and understanding technical printUtilizing measurement tools to verify prints caliper, micrometers, and dial indicatorsIf you have different qualifications, we still encourage you to apply!Why you should work with usATESTEO offers unique experiences and personalized career development in a variety of interesting jobs at a growing international company.
