The role will support data integration, transformation, analytics, and user-facing applications that improve access to mission and business information.\n\nThe individual will work with technical teams and end users to develop data pipelines, analytical workflows, and applications, translate requirements into practical solutions, and support testing and implementation. Relevant experience includes Python, SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, ETL/ELT, low-code development, cloud technologies, and UX/UI design. Direct Palantir Foundry experience is preferred but not required.\n\nResponsibilities and Qualifications\n\nDevelop, maintain, and improve data pipelines, transformations, analytical workflows, and user-facing data products in Palantir Foundry and related technologies.\nWork with client stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements, troubleshoot data issues, and translate business needs into practical analytical solutions.\nAnalyze, clean, integrate, and validate data from multiple sources to support reporting, analysis, and operational workflows.\nDevelop queries, scripts, dashboards, applications, and other analytical products using tools such as Python, SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, and low-code applications.\nSupport data modeling, database design, testing, documentation, and deployment of new capabilities.\nApply UX/UI and user-centered design principles to improve the usability of dashboards, workflows, and analytical applications.\nUse modern software development practices including Git, testing, version control, and collaborative development.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\n2+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, software development, or a related technical field.\nExperience with Python, SQL, and JavaScript/TypeScript.\nExperience developing ETL/ELT pipelines and working with relational databases and structured data.\nExperience with low-code application development, cloud technologies, or UX/UI design.\nAbility to work directly with users to understand requirements and develop data-driven solutions.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience with Palantir Foundry or comparable data and analytics platforms.\nExperience with PySpark, Spark, or other large-scale data processing technologies.\nExperience integrating practical AI capabilities, such as LLMs or machine learning models, into user-facing applications, workflows, or analytical products.\nPrior experience supporting U.S. Government clients or working in regulated environments.\n\nSalary range: $85,000- 150,000 USD\n\nThe salary range listed is one part of our total compensation package, which may also include bonuses, incentives and benefits.
