This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.Key responsibilities include:Coordinating and performing production processes as scheduled and ensuring quality controlManaging the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviewsCommunicating clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervising their activitiesDocumenting a detailed and accurate job file to support the services providedManaging labor and consumable item usage on assigned projectsCommunicating with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issuesAdditional responsibilities include:Communicating and following all OSHA guidelines for job safetyManaging assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properlyCoaching and training restoration techniciansPosition requirements include:Valid driver's licenseHigh school diploma/GED (preferred)At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or constructionIICRC certification - WRT minimumSkills/physical demands/competencies include:Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objectsAbility to work with/around cleaning agentsAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawEach SERVPRO Franchise is independently owned and operated.
