This position is crucial for ensuring accurate evaluations and enhancing the quality of healthcare services we provide. ****SMT is offering a Sign on Bonus of up to $10,000 for this position.**** * *No call, no weekends, and no holidays* * *Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance* * *Opportunity to cross-train (ARRT)* * *MondayFriday schedule* *Requirements: * * CNMT or AART certification * BLS certification * Clean driving record * Willing to train ARRT Technologist for position *Responsibilities* * Perform nuclear medicine scans and procedures with precision and adherence to safety protocols. * Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients as per established guidelines. * Conduct PET scans and other diagnostic evaluations to assist in patient diagnosis. * Maintain accurate records of procedures and patient information for quality assurance. * Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to interpret scan results effectively. * Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain a sterile environment during procedures. * Educate patients about the procedures they will undergo to alleviate concerns and ensure cooperation. * Stay updated on advancements in nuclear medicine technology and best practices. *Qualifications* * Certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist from an accredited institution. * Strong knowledge of medical imaging techniques and nuclear medicine protocols. * Proficient understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. * Experience with PET scanning technology is preferred but not mandatory. * Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare teams. * Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. * Familiarity with aseptic techniques and safety regulations in medical settings is essential. *Ability to Commute:* * Bemidji, MN(Required) *Ability to Relocate: * * Bemidji, MN: Relocate before starting work.
