Qualifications & Skills:Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited programValid and current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language PathologistCertificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferredExperience working in elementary school settings is highly valuedStrong communication, organization, and collaborative skillsAbility to develop and implement individualized speech and language therapy plans Key Responsibilities:Provide direct speech and language therapy services to assigned studentsConduct assessments, create treatment plans, and monitor student progressCollaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student learning and developmentMaintain detailed and compliant records, including IEP documentationParticipate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical expertiseOffer consultation and support for classroom strategies related to communication needs This contracted position offers a competitive pay range between $60 and $70 per hour, providing a stable and focused assignment for the duration of the academic year.
