We want a high-caliber financial professional who can help ensure our systems are accurate, accountable, and built for long-term excellence.What You Will OwnYou will play a central role in maintaining and strengthening the firm's accounting infrastructure, reporting accuracy, and financial controls.Key areas of responsibility include:Managing the firm's day-to-day accounting operationsMaintaining accurate and timely financial records in QuickBooks OnlineOverseeing reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, balance sheet accounts, and related financial activitySupporting financial reporting, internal oversight, and management visibility into the firm's performanceHelping maintain disciplined accounting workflows, internal controls, and audit-ready recordsMonitoring trust accounting processes and ensuring proper handling of client fundsReviewing financial data for discrepancies, irregularities, or process weaknesses and addressing them promptlyCoordinating with ownership and leadership on accounting priorities, reporting needs, and financial organizationSupporting a culture of accountability, precision, and operational excellenceWhat We Are Looking ForThe right candidate is intelligent, highly organized, detail-obsessed, and confident enough to spot problems before they become expensive.
