Your job as a Production Lead is to assist the Production Supervisor in the running of the shift and fill in for the Supervisor in their absence. Why you want to work for us! Ensure that all safety protocols are followed. Assist the Production Supervisor in overseeing all production employees to ensure that all schedules and metrics are met. Maintain excellent employee relations. Oversee all new hire training to ensure that they are fully qualified to perform their duties. Inspect all production paperwork for accuracy. Initiate maintenance job tickets and communicate issues with maintenance manager. Open and or close the facility when needed. Keep the production manager informed of any issues that may arise. Other duties as assigned or needed. You and your experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; some college preferred Reliability in attendance is a must and occasional overtime is required What puts you ahead: Previous manufacturing experience Previous leadership experience in a lead role or higher Bilingual ***No agencies please, direct hire only***
